Condition and scope of removal
Which layers can remain? What needs to be removed, dried or repaired?
The roof area is a starting point. The quotation also depends on the roof build-up, the condition of the substrate, details and the organisation of the work.
When comparing quotations, check that they cover the same scope. The price per m² alone does not tell you this.
Which layers can remain? What needs to be removed, dried or repaired?
Waterproofing, thermal insulation and surface layers must form a suitable, coordinated system.
Penetrations, parapets, chimneys, roof windows and edges each require a defined scope of work.
Building height, lifting materials, protecting the building, scaffolding and waste removal affect execution.
Enter the totals of two quotations you have already received and the roof area they both cover. Compare the same scope of work and the same VAT basis: both totals including VAT or both excluding VAT.
Use a comma or a full stop as the decimal separator; spaces may separate groups of thousands. Do not use commas or full stops as thousands separators. Enter positive numbers with no more than two decimal places.
This tool does not estimate market prices or assess quotation quality. A difference may result from different layers, quantities, details, access arrangements or exclusions. Your entries are not stored or sent anywhere.
If you do not know a detail, leave it open. During the first discussion, we will establish what else is needed.
