Roofing enquiries
The data controller is Xplan, d. o. o. We use details about the building and planned work, your name, email address, optional telephone number and any attachments to handle your enquiry, respond, prepare a quote or arrange further cooperation. Send only information needed for this purpose. The optional answer about how you heard of us helps us understand enquiry sources.
Form submission and attachments
After you click, the form opens in a new tab on xplan.si. Submitted enquiries are processed by Xplan's existing form system, which stores submissions in the website records and emails them to info@xplan.si. You can add up to three JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF files, each up to 3 MB. Before sending, remove unnecessary personal information about others and content unrelated to the roof enquiry.
Form protection and external services
Xplan's form uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect against unwanted submissions. Google's privacy policy and terms of service apply. The Xplan website has its own cookie settings and may also load Google Analytics in accordance with them. STREHAX does not embed the form or its external services. These load on Xplan.si after the form is opened.
Retention and data requests
We retain enquiries for as long as necessary to process them, carry out agreed cooperation and meet related obligations. For information about retention, access, correction or erasure of your data, write to info@xplan.si.
How this version works
The main STREHAX pages do not include their own advertising or analytics trackers. Fonts and photographs load from the same origin as the page. The strehax.si website is hosted by Hitrost.com. The hosting provider processes technical access data, such as IP address, access time and requested URL, to provide the service and maintain security.
